Mate none of them need to be exalted. Not even your main. They changed that in the 7.2 beta I think, or at least early in the patch.

you only need to complete the achivement and have done all your classhall campaign. then you get the mount quest.
you do not need to be exalted with anything.
i just did the quest earlier on my alt priest and all my rep is honored with legionfall being revered.
it might be an accountbound thing though so if this is your main you might need to get exalted with legionfall and do other things but for my alt i only needed to complete the class order campaign and the broken shore questlines.
