You're making a big mistake..." and the lights turned on to show every Frisk from every AU tied up and Undyne got mad and they fought and Undyne won and then Undyne asked "Any last words, scumbag!?" and Error!Sans said "You don't understand... I'm trying to PROTECT the kiddos!" and Undyne was confused but then she heard noise and saw Sans break into Error!Sans's lair and he was followed by Blueberry, Red, Dustberry, Murder!Sans, Gaster!Sans, and every other Sans came in and they all said they wanted the kiddo and Gangsterberry said "I gots to get that fuckin' kiddo, see" and Undyne tried to fight back but it was too many Sanses for one person to fight and as she lay dying she heard Error!Sans say "Heh... The way he phrases it suggests that he might not even have known his ability could be overridden until it actually happened.

He only said that Frisk's determination exceeded his, that still leaves open the possibility there's some kind of minimum threshold.

The ability doesn't activate for the humans until they pass through the barrier. Otherwise, Flowey could never have been able to reset because Frisk was already born by the time hew as created.

Once Frisk, and presumably the other humans, passed through the barrier, the ability to reset through their own DT was activated.

That was meta-commentary on boss fights becoming unreasonably easy after grinding, probably. His theme is so short because the fight is so short.

The game in general is pretty low on animations, and that situation (as well as the others with extremely slowed down music) has a tone that couldn't be created with complex music.
