Nocturne is a good choice, but remember that it was made before P3, so the gameplay lacks the convenience features of the newer Persona titles.

My methodology is shoddy. Ann is first because she's my waifu and Futaba is last because she's a smelly autistic NEET that can't even take care of herself let alone children. As for the other three I can't give you a good reason as to why one would be better than the other.
