Fire Scorpion vs Mangonel?
I've been using the latter in my reveal deck, but matches against other people have gotten to the point where they get focused hard once I play them. Fire Scorpion doesn't have the sustain the mangos do, but at least its poke is a bit more reliable, at least that's what I've been thinking.

They are using it wrong. Normally you'd wait for Morkvarg or Olgierd. And you don't play her when you are not either comfortably ahead in points or have CA. You also generally need to have a Drowner or similar things in hand to counter certain things. Succ is devastating when used right. Pulling a bear is not "using it right".

I run letho, so I need to win round 1 or at least get CA in round 1, therefore I run mangonels cause they're better round 1 cards

Any tips for a reveal/spy bro with Letho bombing against Consume match up? I don't know what should I do against consume.
