Far as I can see, those are all mercenary-only ops, with Ustio AF cooperation at most, but I find it quite strange that Osea would simply abandon the war after they got their share of belkan clay since AWWNB is iterally trying to nuke them. Then again, the game does try to draw a clear pic about how wars are fought out in the tables of politicians, but still ...

Well yeah, and there's not much that shows that Gizmo and Domino squadrons are oseans, and though not much shows otherwise either, from the story it seems to me like the later half of the war had no individual countries fighting.
I dunno, maybe it's just me overthinking it.

After the Treaty is signed at Lumen it kinda makes sense that they'd only use mercs to fight AWWNB, otherwise it'd probably be breaking a whole lot of the treaty stuff.
