Why are mercy players consistently the worst, most vengeful fucks in this game? I've never met a fucking zen or ana going 'lol no heals', but the amount of mercy players who act like they're god themselves is fucking insane.

People who queue 3+ get grouped with higher SR players because matchmaking assumes they will have an advantage. It's fucked

so sombra isn't very good at anything at the moment, she's sort of like a dps that isn't good mixed with a support that isn't good.

how do we fix her without either:
1) making her take up other heroes roles or
B) just buffing her damage?

That's the problem, Rez is way too fucking strong, you can't afford not to have it on your team, it charges in less than 30 seconds if you have a tank that's always taking damage on your team like a Roadhog

Happened to me once. Our Mercy wasn't healing anyone but her two stack Widowmaker who wasn't getting picks or hits. I got tired of that shit and went with Lucio even though I was picking the enemy off with Genji. 4v6 was probably the most challenge I've had in a while.

The other three I was healing all shat on the Mercy and Widowmaker.

What if mercy rez was a single person rez, might seem like a huge nerf, but a lot of the time people sit on her rez waiting for 3+ people to die, this way it would be used more often so could still be useful, and it would require more thought because you would want to rez key teammates.

That attitude that it's everyone's fault but mine and that they're some kind of gift to the team is exactly why I started maining support. 99.9% of the time someone dies as mercy they screwed up their positioning or were too much of a shitter to pull out their pistol or shift the fuck outta there. I think they only did it for a dynamic action and couldn't think of anything else to do.

Most of the Mercy players I've met weren't like that.

Then again, it's probably because I'm zipping all over the place as Gengu and keeping flankers off of them while also flankng or I try keeping them alive. Other times they're trying to do good and keep the team topped off but a teammate wants the Mercy to pocket only them. I try defusing those situations, at least.

At low elo, do whatever the fuck you want because you have free reign, also don't be afraid to whip out the pistol and shoot the enemy pharmercy down yourself because that mercy's probably holding space and easy to track.
When you start running into competent hitscans, kite buildings and columns to keep your passive health regen up and make sure to harass them and their supports first. Use smart shifts and don't hold spacebar all the time to be a trickier target. It'll be tempting to dmg boost rocket barrage but you should be on heal before it to avoid JUST-AUUUGH. Make sure your Pharah communicates with you on when she's going to pop it. Try to always be higher up than enemy pharmercy too in case you have to counter them yourselves.
tl;dr don't be an easy target in the middle of the skybox and enjoy that freelo nigga, also remember you have a team below you that might need help too

It's definitely because you're peeling for them. Teams could definitely use more bros like you, but good Mercys should be able to learn to bait and juke flanker engagements from monkeys and gengus that have tunnel vision for them and make them easy kills. Of course, instead of this, they'll whine on comms until people peel, possibly allowing other threats to take advantage on the now distracted team and make a bad situation worse.
Mercy's definitely not hard to play, but fuck me, some people with HUNDREDS of hours on this hero don't even do that, because the blame game is their crutch.

Most players can't even deal with Torb turrets or Rein shields. Any major nerfs to the only reliable healer would ruin the game for casuals

I only got the game a couple of months ago, and while I have seen Ana POTGs in matches, they either have the masked skins or not the "Locked On" intro.

Ana is the coolest hero in the game.

This is an obvious manipulation due to the fact that Fareeha is my wife.

Honestly just give her more damage, that's her real problem. Hacking is good, EMP is great, invisibility is great, the translocator needs a reset function but is otherwise good. It's just she cant damage shit. Her ability to shut down tanks is also iffy because any damage stops the hacking process. If she isnt getting a hack off she is basically a non-factor in combat, especially on maps with health packs too spread out to use.
