The correct answer is a Trans Am WS6. You can still get an LS1 with a 6spd. C5 vettes are almost impossible to find at 11k or lower and the C4 has the heavier and slower LT1 engine. Some people think they are uggo but personally I think they look pretty badass, only in black though, it is kind of ugly in other colors.

The WS6 can do 0-60 in roughly 5 seconds and go over 150mph in stock form. The only thing you can complain about is that its ugly. Which I disagree with anyway.
