I spent a while looking. Is DLF worth using off color for her buffs? Sometimes she hits pretty well when she gets brought in after somebody dies despite not benefiting from my grid.

Anthuria and Predator

I don't have DLF and never played Fire, I guess Sochie is better there. I, personally, see DLF as a pure utility character and her buffs are pretty good with the uptime so I would use her off-element if I had a very strong attacker I wanted to buff (like an Orchis, Predator, Lucio, Juliet).

Anthuria try to get her with the next ticket if you want. She whispers in your ear during her fate episodes it's great

She's got a great design, it's a shame she isn't stronger.
