Best Fallout 4 mods for creature, armor, weapons textures?

I've been using Search&Destroy and Create Your Own Difficulty to improve difficulty.Now i've been looking at Arbitration and it claims to fix both and a lot more.It touches so many things from AI to animation to gameplay effects i would be surprised it doesn't cause conflicts actually.

Anybody got expirience with arbitration and give me a basic rundown if it's worth it?
