Is this game worth starting fresh in? Considering there's 2 expansions now and people claim the leveling is really boring, would there even be enough low levels to do the ''fates'' with?

If you like final fantasy then yes. Fate difficulty just got some adjustments, and most of your levelling follows a string of "main scenario" quests. And all dungeons are included in a dungeon finder queue that gives rewards to all players so getting groups for required content is never too difficult.

Casters may very well be viable depending on how Omega works. The user you're replying to is spreading false info based on speculation/Creator meta.

Omega is probably the best choice right now.

Omega is the new server, you get bonus playing there so start there.

So are you expected to just level and gear up new classes depending on what works best for a given raid? Or if the new raid tier favors a comp with a class you don't play, do you just have to sit it out? Blow millions of gil on crafted gear to skip that class to current progression level?
