Depends on the Jason's sense strength so it honestly varies from Jason to Jason. Stealth, composure, and fear all also affect it so....there's no real answer.

It'd be nice if every counselor gets 100xp for every counselor who survives the night or escapes, giving a reason to TRY and get people out together rather than betray or every man for himself. You do get a team bonus if your entire vehicle makes it out which is nice.
