Two questions /xiv/ I'm new to the game so forgive me if they're obvious I can't find any answers anywhere for these.

1- Is there a way to lock the damn npc quest text that takes up your hotbar? I keep clicking on it to forward the text and it gets dragged around my damn screen.

2- Can I lock my hotbars from cycling? I know you lock them from moving abilities but can I lock them from hotbar 1 being replaced with hotbar 2 if I accidentally hit shift and the up arrow.

Its just early access they'll patch it hahahaha
