I think a full Psy orb special with 5 sockets is pretty amazing.

Goddamn good for PSY teams, and great for Driven teams with Bellamy.
Plus 5 sockets, he's amazing yeah, but not necessary if he doesn't fit with your legends.

If you have the units that complement him, farm him. If not, just get a copy, and wait for the next time he arrives and maybe then you'll have something to work with.
