on one hand ignis QR nukes with full flier buffs can one shot reds but she won't be doing much damage without ignis proc
final build is going to be something like killer axe+ swap def+3/qr or poison strike/goad fliers with ignis and some seal i don't know yet

It's more useful to prevent being doubled than to double. The only way Legions will deal any significant accumulation of damage to Xander on a fort tile is by doubling him and triggering their specials over and over. If your speed is high enough to prevent that without axebreaker, you're fine. You don't particularly need Xander to kill the Legions any faster because that will just start triggering more reinforcement spawns and as long as their AI is caught up trying to hurt a high-def sword unit on a defense tile, they're not really a threat.

My Xander did just fine with Quick Riposte, but it took goddamn forever to finally clear the mission, Robin, Olivia, and Julia or Nino are omni-important to the mission's success.

So now I have two Reinhardts. The old one is +DEF/-ATK and the new one is +DEF/-RES. SO obviously I will main the new one but should I merge the Reinhardts together or is it more valuable to keep the other Reinhardt for Skill Inheritance?

For arena specifically, most QR units are only going to see 1-2 rounds of combat.

Blarraven does great against that invisible-defense archer up top, especially with any TA tier, taking 0 damage as opposed to the damage it does to other units whilst proccing Moonbow every time, you definitely want him out of there. In addition, there's that red mage on the side you want to kill, and Robin can help pick off the spare Legions and that red knight while you camp near the bottom. If you have Blarraven and want to slap it on a better blue mage, then go for it, but Robin's the only one I had.
