Other things gave it away at first, but once you've seen all the other indicators you wonder how you haven't recognized them.

I would be more inclined to take your invective seriously if you weren't asking to be spoonfed. What you don't understand is that there are many things that can be gathered and processed and what works for one person may not work for you because Energy/CP exist as resources and you may not have access to the same or as many nodes. There is no universal or "best" for everyone.

So what you need to do is go play the damn game, do some research and figure out for yourself.

Trash crates are alright. I rolled until Art5 and then just used the 20k crates or so that I made during that time for a quick boost to m2. You're right that any trash crates are gonna put you in the red, but its better than wagoning from art5 onwards, so slow.

You can do whatever you want to level trading. The reason people to trash crates because it comes from your workers and is afkable, you can use your active time to make money in other ways; but it takes a while to amass an amount of crates worth turning in and you'll be running at a loss no matter what.

How is Tamer fun? It's a shitfest of combos that you have to learn and sweat your ass off just to defeat some shit enemies.. In a game like BDO.

What class doesn't use combos besides witch and wizard?
