So suddenly this is Magical Christmas Land for paladins? You have a three-second cast on Holy Light. Regardless of whether you're "juking" or not, you are still:
A) Remaining stationary for around two seconds;
B) Letting mage cooldowns run off for two seconds;
C) Even if you do "juke" out of a Counterspell, you've still given a mage the potential to Evocate.
This isn't even me trying to bullshit you, it's just a cold hard fact that paladins, because they have no range, are fucked against mages, and other ranged classes. A mage just happens to have instant-cast abilities that have over a 60% chance to crit with each pop.
2.5s cast. Flash of Light for any geared Paladin, however, is enough if you wanna talk about MUH FIREBLAST AND MUH CONE OF COLD.

So me and my horde friends (loktar!) are bored of clearing the entire dungeon so we want to try and pet pull some bosses. For example the guy at the start of Strat or the dog in DMW. Or pretty much any other boss.
What would a GM do if we get caught? Would we get banned? For how long? 1 week? Permanently? Would the entire group get banned or just the hunter?

The only reason why you would lose a fight to a Mage as a Paladin is because this server is packed and more than likely you won't be facing one alone. The moment you start going at it someone else is going to jump in and slap your shit.
In a 1v1 duel assuming equal or similar level gear a Mage WILL lose to a Paladin simply because the Mage has to burn through about 4 lives (5 with LoH). Doesn't matter how good you are at kiting, Engineering makes it impossible to reset the fight over and over and take quick sippy breaks. The Paladin will catch you and autoattack you to death.
OR the Mage flees which in any case is a win. He runs off like a bitch and you can go back to farming or whatever.

It'll be hard to tell depending on what kind of system will be put in place to keep faction. If there's a faction queue, I assume most trannies will go alliance. If they disable racials i would assume most will go horde.

The trannies play the faction that nets them the most attention and orbites. Most of Veeky Forums plays Horde in BC so that's where they'll go. They would never go there in vanilla because no bloodelves.
