I wish. I took my router off for half a minute and wished that it would give me a new IP address. I have thought that I have a dynamic IP address, but I guess not since the IP is the same as before.

When I try to go to PS store it just says site is not available and give a shit link that goes nowhere, I get these from my Vita and PS4. And when I try to sign at account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ it just flat out tells that access is denied and I don't permission to access the server.

When I googled that stuff most cases are that the IP is blocked for whatever reason and sometimes it solves itself in a few days. Or not. Guess no multiplayer for me. Hopefully it fixes itself. Well, there's always a first time and I could go around with using my mobile, so if I really need it I can always use that alternative. But it isn't as good as my fiber of course.

I have the same problem sometimes

you can use whatsmyip org or similiar to check IP address. Your router (I assume a cable tv or similiar) should tell you when your current address expires, and just might have a renew address button, too. Whether it works or not depends on ISP tough, some allow switching, some don't.
By default the DHCP server caches your old address and will give you the same address, until the lease expires and _someone else_ takes your address.

That assumes you have a dynamic IP.
I also doubt a half a minute is enough, more likely 30+ minutes for an external public address.

If mobile works fine, you could try disabling your modem, using phone to tether and logging in this way.

Mailing support is also an option. Don't forget to clear your cookies (opening private window should work too).
