HPM is pretty much mandatory for me at this point, playing a mod that isn't HPM compatible feels so awful now. The UK is easy mode and good for learning colonization, Germany is good to learn diplomacy, Japan is good to learn unciv mechanics.

The Austrian response at first was negative but after Germany sided with it's ally the Commonwealth, Austria was forced to concede.
Immediately after the annexation of Galicia-Ladomeria, Romania has send a diplomatic delegation to Warsaw to negotiate the status of Bukovina which has a majority Romanian population.
