I think all the Yorha models pretty much have the same eyes. The only one I found noticeable different was the commander and she was picked from the resistance.

Because between everything that is outright stated or merely implied, the game does a godly job building them up and then crushing you with revelations that force you to re-think their previous interactions.

There's also some extremely powerful dramatic moments here and there. The scene where 9S makes a makeshift grave for 2B was fucking soul-crushing.

The character intentions being slowly exposed little by little with each ending, it's like the game's story is an onion being peeled. Oh so that's a thing, oh that's why she said that.

none of the novelizations were ever translated unfortunately

preorders will open aug 8 and it will most likely come out later.
/ndg/ will be long dead and no one will even bother translating it for free.
I could easily pay for a quality translation but I am not even sure there are good options to do so.

They covered the game plots and added some details from the side materials plus some more in depth stuff, for example the drakengard one followed the A branch storyline but added details about manah or the kingdom of caerleon that are only in the side materials, plus dod1 also has a completely different novelization following the ending D path with new characters and slightly different storyline. The Nier novelization reprinted some of the side stories with parts of them censored (since it was bundled with a videogame), while the drakengard 3 one followed a different ending branch that actually connects to drakengard 1, plus some informations from the mangas and the short stories as well
