Yeah easily, won't take long at all. Do the special quests for the event and clear the event stories in a bit. If you're really feeling pressed, just skip and then look at the Journal later.

Most of them are easy to get, only 2 require a little bit of grinding, the rest can be gotten by clearing the event story and doing 4 easy challenge quests. The only one you might have trouble with would be Ranko because of the special requirements.

Yes. Do all the event stories. That'll give you Miria, Anya and Minami. Level Minami's loyalty to max by fighting with her in your party to keep her. Do all the individual challenge quests to get the respective idols from each. Buy Shiki from the event shop. Buy Brunhilde from the event shop for Ranko later. You can meet all the conditions to get her any time after the event ends.

Yep. She's from one of the challenge quests. You have to fight each challenge quest with the idols they give you so that part doesn't require grinding at all. They're the easiest to get and you can do them all in a few minutes.
