Define good players. Her winrate is higher in masters/challenger than it is in plat. She gets harder to play, for sure, but the only problem she runs into is people who can actually play Blitz/Thresh, and has a respectable winrate even in a meta favoring them both.

Having bad matchups doesn't make her OK. Seriously read the kit, every skill does like 3 things, there's a very serious power creep problem going on. Old champions keep having to be reworked because of shit like this.
