Orisa can be okay when she works with rein to deathball with the cart to become mobile fortress but mostly no. Her damage is poor, she's ultra flank bait, and her shield is tiny despite her being relatively huge.

Winston still has hard counters. He can't do anything to any tank, Hog, bastion, reaper, soldier is a tossup, etc.

Tracer has no hard counters. The most scary thing she faces is a cowboy main with god twitches.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to Lucio. His heal is considered "AoE", or "Area of Effect". That means when you're not in the "area effected" by his ability, his ability doesn't work. Lucio is considered a healer, and his ability is healing people. So when you're no where near the fucking Lucio, he's not healing you. When your Lucio says "group up!" it's because he's fucking useless if you're all choosing to go 1v6 on both sides of the map. So if a Lucio switches to another character, shut the fuck up about "GG no heal". You weren't being healed to begin with, what does it fucking matter?
