that's six. data mining also indicates Vegeto Blue has new skills compared to regular Vegeto, which will probably include a Final Kamehameha Mk.2. The pattern so far is two supers and one ultimate, so if it follows that then it brings us up to 9.
It seems a fairly safe bet the final tenth skill will be trunk's Hope Sword Slash. However this leaves Trunk's Burning Strike still unobtainable. So maybe Vegito Blue will only have two new skills?
