Reclassing is the best mechanic. Doesn't break anything, lets you mess around with portraits, and lets you fiddle the stat system to fit your build. Hyped for it in V

Ronin into Dark Hunter is used for speedruns.
Aside from that there are a few classes that can use another classes statspread.
Landsknecht into Ronin for slightly less STR but way more VIT.
Or Medic into Alchemist if you want to try out Palms without dying to everything.

Survivalist -> Hexer makes a Hexer with 82 AGI and can still get 99 LUC with the Luck Wand, if memory serves. My favorite character in my guild.

Fafnir and Chloe are super strong, Arianna is a bit less broken but still pretty good.
Literally any ailment bitch will do for Flavio, even on Expert.

You do because survivalist has trash TP pool and somehow fails to reliably put on ailments/binds despite skills having higher base chances. Taking hexer makes the sailing much more smooth.

The chances are not high enough to make up for the missing Curse Mastery. Their LUC is also lower but I don't think that is as important.
And of course Survivalists don't have the "fuck off" button that is Creeping Curse.

Since the classes are barely ever referenced Flavio would have been way more funny as a Hexer.

What you actually want is Elderevenge + Echoing Rondo.
If any of your guild members attack, they will heal themselves with Elderrevenge which activates Echoing Rondo and heals everyone else for about 50% more than Healing Lullaby.
If anyone else attacks after this the character that attacked first gets healed since Echoing Rondo only works once per turn per character.

EO1U Torpor + Soul Liberator feels like cheating now. I slowed down my Hexer with a staff, helmet and gloves with a TEC accessory so she goes last. My Dark Hunter is the quickest on the team and always goes first

Charge first turn with DH

Medic third
Then Hexer with Torpor

Second turn is a Charged soul liberator
Ronin does whatever attack
Medic smash or heal
Hexer lands Torpor again easily because Soul Liberator apparently resets the diminishing returns counter or something, that or most things are just weak to sleep

All the JP wiki says that Soul Liberator takes away the ailment after the damage so you can still get the "kill while ailed" conditionals by killing something with SL.
It says nothing about accumulated resistances either way - maybe it's bugged with sleep? The hit itself removes sleep so maybe it removes the accumulated resistances inctead?
Not sure how something like that could happen but code can break in wonderful ways...

The only people that have something going for them are the Rushe/Lucien women because they are cute...

I didn't care much about them dying but I liked the ending because Iod kept insulting you for it and you didn't even save everybody.

There were a few likable characters in their own underdeveloped way, especially since I did all of the Skylounge convos which expands a bit on their motivations and backstory. But just killing them all off that quickly was stupid.

I felt more baffled about it than anything. The Dragon Chronicle turning you into a dragon part makes sense especially after playing the other games in the series but its like they didn't have enough time to truly cover everything that they wanted so they crammed everything in at the very last minute.

The part with Chika and Rika was especially dumb.

They probably had the future dragon slayer with them when they lost and she split its energy between the two of them when they got revived.
