>all this autistic honking in tsujidai intro holy fucking shit I am triggered already.
Irru I swear to god I will kill you in your sleep for translating this trash
Ethan Rogers
But he can't even translate this.
Lucas Carter
I love my wife coco!
John Ward
>On Kasumi's route >Look at walkthrough But...:(
Brayden Campbell
>Reading bad ends You guys seriously don't do this, right?
Jack Edwards
>no route ONE JOB
William Nelson
Stop being creepy or they will never translated again faggot
Adrian Sullivan
I'm an edgelord who finds bad ends pretty amusing so yeah.
Jacob Flores
Rusalka.
Asher Robinson
...
Jack Cox
I read them first, then I head to the good ends. Makes me leave the route on a happy note.
Nathaniel Brooks
FS/N taught me that it can be worth doing.
Nathan Sullivan
Does that humble bundle have anything worth playing? World End Economica sounds good, and Nekopara volume 2 might be okay if I can 18+ patch it like volume 1.
Adam Morales
You can't kill her because Trifa will interrupt you anyway.
Grayson Taylor
...
Lincoln Flores
>trifa you mean kotomine-lite?
Mason Hall
My loli
Kayden Mitchell
>buying visual novels kys
Jaxson Lewis
Root Double and WEE are it really. Nekopara too I guess if you like that sort of thing.
Caleb Diaz
Oopsie read the walkthrough wrong, I don't have to kill her :)...on this route...
Dominic Robinson
He's very different from Kotomine. Kotomine was voiced by George Nakata.
Nathan Nguyen
we need to make a katawa shoujo 2.0 as in our own VN with no retarded writing, no dumb as rocks MCs, no lolis and no gay shit Its just text and images, it cant be that hard r-right
Adam James
Who delinquent here
Connor Ramirez
>on this route ;-)
Eli Lee
Which VN would you guys say have the best school uniforms? Subahibi's uniforms always looked pretty badass to me.
Owen Hill
you're right, kotomine also just wanted to enjoy life, while trifa was basically a pedophile fixated on MUH KIDS :(((, really the epitome of great writing masada is literally a genius.
Ryan Collins
Who'd win Kotomine or Trifa?
Sebastian Thompson
That's just your nostalgia speaking user everything about Fate was shit. How can a person be that much of a hack to make the magic war that boring. The dude had no imagination whatsoever.
Besides we're not 12 anymore. Now we can read and appreciate something truly DEEP that can't be understood on just a surface level. A better of version of hack stay night.
Mason Perez
Despite the fact that kotomine is the main villain of 2/3rds of fsn + the prequel, he's honestly pretty low tier in the power set. His only real magical abilities are exorcisms and healing, and besides that he's just an above-average physical fighter.
Noah Howard
WHERE IS IT MANGAGAMER
Lincoln Powell
All of the money would go to charity in this case, so I don't mind. I guess I'll pick it up then if it still seems like a good idea in the morning.
Mason Young
Yes.....We must all read 11 eyes....
Aiden Sanchez
sadly trifa, powerlevels are stupid in dies irae, but that along with a retarded pretext of random phiolosophy words, muh grand guignol repeated 320941851098 times apparently makes it the deeper title.
Joseph Robinson
In beta testing
Jacob Carter
Trifa would make a much better Kotomine than Kotomine.
Julian Sanchez
I enjoyed 11eyes more than Dies Irae because the author could actually construct a sentence without raping a thesaurus.
Angel Gray
Libra torrent when
John Martin
>tfw you will never spin Rusalka and use her legs like the blades of a chainsaw What the fuck am I reading
Joshua Roberts
lol
Adrian Hernandez
damn..........
Carter Martin
Unironically has better fight scenes compared to both dies and fsn!
Kayden Harris
>Waiting for shitty h-scenes The only one who's autistic is you, retard.
Matthew Miller
11eyes' storytelling was garbage tho. I mean the whole structure of the thing, beginning with the introduction of the villains.
Jonathan Morris
Have you ever read a book in your life?
Eli Watson
11eyes >damn Dies Irae >"deodomnatus omnia sunt (damn you all) as the cyclopae did cry to Noman, aka Odysseus!"
Julian Howard
He's going all out
Oliver Stewart
Yeah and compared to vn's books are actually good. VNs' are only good for porn. Kys lmao
Lincoln Foster
I want someone to draw this shit because I have no idea how to visualize this.
Jose Price
I only read books with hscenes.
Juan Jackson
I'm killing myself early if this libra VN turns out to be shit
Andrew Rodriguez
Only educational books are good, everything else is trash.
Nathan Morales
>All of the money would go to charity in this case, so I don't mind. Wait, you don't mind paying for VNs... but only if the proceeds go not to the developer of the VNs, but to charity instead?
Kayden Torres
Misuzu had the only good fight scenes though.
Parker Martin
What do you mean, it's not exactly complicated or particularly special. Have you never seen a dad swing his daughter around using centrifugal force? Just imagine that but on a much much faster and more violent level.
Gavin Jenkins
Jesus Christ loves you user. Seek him.
Be kind towards all but especially to yourself.
Lucas Perez
The incantations in Dies irae are meant to be all flowery and referential on purpose. The story makes a big deal about how the whole thing is an opera and how each of the characters are actors within it playing out a role, and the way the chants are used are meant to reflect this theme.
This is made extremely clear when there's shit like the Atziluth chant in the Ren vs Reinhard fight at the end of Marie's route. The actors are reciting their incantations as if they are reading lines off of a script.
Jace Brooks
How can I stop the feeling of emptiness?
David Mitchell
Question I havent really played visuaal novels and was wondering the ones in the humble bundle were worth getting to try it out?
Joshua Richardson
That's not paying for vns, that's giving to charity AND depriving the developers of a sale.
Lincoln Sanders
Oh god. I'm getting flashbacks to Fatefags telling me the war is shit on purpose
Jace Scott
Read more moege
Mason Jones
Charity deserves money more than SP.
Evan Stewart
Might as well whip out the helium tank now because I've only heard bad things.
Josiah Jones
Being bad for the sake of symbolism is still bad. Writing a shitty story for the sake of symbolism is putting the cart before the horse.
Carter Edwards
Huh, guess I'm retarded. I was imagining her doing a sideways windmill with her legs or something like that.
Landon Garcia
It's not bad though...?
Nathaniel Russell
But if he's wants the games than clearly sekai deserves the money, cause he wants their game. You can't have it both ways. Either you want their games and sekai deserves money - for letting you play those games - or you don't want their games.
Wyatt Torres
The incantations are not terrible, though. They make the fights badass as fuck and reflect the character's powers.
Jackson Collins
I have my exit bag ready, but we'll find out tomorrow I guess
Dominic Bailey
charities are scams you retard...
Asher Hughes
...
Jace Morgan
>hugo boss will never design your uniform why even live?
Xavier Robinson
what? that doesnt answer the question
Brayden Harris
>waifu gets killed off with an offscreen remark What the fuck is going on
Blake Harris
Why is it impossible for you people to come into the thread and then control + f "humble bundle" instead of posting the same question every 30 minutes?
Ryder Wilson
Are you really trying to argue that purple prose is a good thing?
Eli Gray
all i got with that was one guy saying dont buy visual novels the other saying charities or publisher who should get the money.
Ryder Murphy
I actually was going to reply but the I thought about nazi uniforms and got bothered by it.
anyway yes, memepara vol0 + 1 + 2 are worth it if you're not planning to pirate. Narcissu, world end economica and root double are the other decent titles you can read, everything else is garbage.
William Bell
I see. What about sunrider and memories dogma? they look interesting are they wroth it or should I just use the ones you list to play/try?> also thank you
Julian Campbell
As a degenerate criminal I thought I'd like tsujidou but nah
Christian Baker
>shitpara is worth it Kill yourself along with jew project.
Joseph Hernandez
Are the humble bundle games going to be censored compared to the jap versions?
Isaac Kelly
>He literally skipped reading the one real answery so he could pretend it's not his fault Seriously?
Ryan Walker
Those are both right
David Cruz
Check scores on vndb Root double is probably the best game in the bundle and it's a full length VN. There might be other good VNs in there but I don't know anything about all those shorter titles
Austin Gray
Read Fate/stay night. Nasu dares to infuse the visual novel genre with moral and political substance. Fanboys do not own the franchises of Fate, so auteur Nasu went against the mob and dared to raise the medium to a level of adult sophistication. Nasu's work adds politics, bringing to the fantasy some contemporary, real-world concerns. He uses the figures of heroes walloping each other to give visible substance to social and moral issues, much as Greek tragedy does and uses the premise to explicate our current dilemmas concerning power, principles, and divinity. It helps that Nasu is also visionary, inclined to extravagant spectacle and gifted with a signature erotic touch. An early montage equates violence, loss, and grief through symbolic images. It is witnessed by the young Shirou Emiya, a orphaned child who misconstrues magi’s involvement in the previous series’ battle that devastated Fuyuki. UBW reflects the confusion that pits secularists against believers, and the partisanship that inhibits national alliance. This tension is so visually amped up that the opposition of Shirou to Gilgamesh feels revelatory: Man versus the god in Man. Nasu's opening sequences interweave the origin stories of these mythic heroes and their alter egos.
