Continuation of the Initial D universe that takes place 2 years after Final Stage. Main Character is now some dick-ass 17 year old smug shit that drives their uncle's Supercharged AW11 MR2 on the Togue, but unlike Takumi they actively seek out battles and impresses the fuck out of even older racers because he can go fast as shit in the corners without spinning out due to the cars characteristics. Think Shingo but he does't bump people from behind.
Also he's not invincible like Takumi and ends up getting owned by some older dude in a Gen 2 Supra and has some character growth and realizes maybe he isn't as good as he thinks he is.

This sounds cool mainly due to lack of plot armor because bullet proof Takumi got old fast.
Story doesn't matter, it need only have eurobeat and racing. It should feature more stylish 80s cars and show more tech porn shots like the engine cutaways in the legends.

Night Kids spinoff where benchracer Nakazato and /ourguy/ Shinto get themselves involved in hilarious hijinks and every episode should end with "don't stand so close, people might think we're friends!" and then jump away from eachother, leading to some slapstick humor when, for example, they fall in the bushes or Nakazato is magically magnetized to guardrails.
