That's not my question. I need to know if the crimson curse is sustainable in the long run for a new playthrough at low levels.
I don't want to be stuck with cursed characters dying from thirst, because I can't beat courtyard missions.

Easily fixed by reading the gamefiles, spawning more stuff might actually be beneficial if you want more blood.

Siren mind controlled my Leper, he cleaved two of my guys with a crit to bring them to death's door, Siren followed up and wasted my party before I had the chance to heal/retreat.

I'l only had it once so far in my 128 week play through. Not sure how I'm doing, I've been playing blind so I've had a lot of setbacks. I hope I get it soon, there's a lot of heroes I'd like to see come back from the dead.

I think you need to have more than 3 dead heroes for it to happen. You could also set the town events to "fuck-ton" in the options

Can I manually curse my heroes with blood? To be fair, I had one cursed hero when I was at CC but I abandoned his ass because he was a throwaway beginner in a hamlet full of champs. It's a good I did that since that was a few days with no blood supply but now I'm facing a non-cursed hamlet with tons of blood but no invites. I've only met one CC party but all they dropped was one blood vial and no invites.

If you want to get cursed just let yourself get hit by the mosquitos that spawn in the other dungeons

How to unlock districts?

you'll get a random blueprint drop, only then you'll have the option to build them. They cost you lots (LOTS) of heirlooms though

How are you having issues with blood?

After the hotfix and 2 runs i had 18 vials of blood ready for my main group.

I also have the Building that gives 2 vials per week.

Just had a bug where I killed a Siren after she made my Jester switch sides. Instead of instantly coming back to his position in my party, he casually walked all the way there and remained facing leftwards, even as I continue through the dungeon.
It also doesn't let me switch party positions with anyone because the game thinks I'm still in battle and count the switch action as a "pass", with the hero refusing to switch and getting 4 stress points

Crimson court first mission gave me 1 vial.
Random Warrens run with 2-3 CC enemy encounters also have me 1 vial.
I'm just glad none of my heroes are infected.

Bring a team that can deal with shuffles or at least doesn't get absolutely crippled by them.

Keep 2 healer cultists alive to abuse the system and heal yourself to full.

Can someone confirm if cursed heroes wasting in town auto-eat some of the blood you have left? Or do they simply die of hunger?

This party is a well oiled machine. No stress, no damage, and still 2 firewood left to use.

they will feed themselves if there is blood left in the town for them.

m8 it's apprentice dungeon, everything works in there. Even 4 antiqurians can easily leave with no stress whatsoever.
