Fortunately at least with the vampirates you could blend empire bretonnia and estalian clothes together(if they make anything for that) to have a heap more variety. As it doesnt really matter if a zombie pirate is wearing bretonnian pants with an empire platechest. Makes sense to me lorewise.

what might be difficult is making all the zombies essentially shitty free company animationswise.

There are, to my knowledge, no Dwarfs in Lustria. There is a lost hold in the Southlands, Karak Zorn. It could be an expedition sent from there or the Old World to look for gold. Dwarfs love gold.
