KBD is a meme. It's highly situational, and only really there to get you out of pressure you don't understand. If you know your opponents strings and can react to it, you don't really need to be able to KBD.

To KBD your inputs need to be like this

b, b to backdash initially
then you need to press db, b then go into neutral then b, db, b, n
So it should look like
b, b, db, b, n, b, db, b, n, b, db, b, n, b, db, b etc

The tricky part is going from back into neutral then into back again but as long as you practice and make sure you input the correct commands you should be fine
