Main deck looks solid but reduce call to 1 since it doesn't work well with new magicians, add 2-3 Duelist alliance and take out amazing pendulum for that. (Side it if u feel you like it)
3 of the pendulumgraph spell seems too much, cut it to 2 and add another ghost ogre or ash.
Extra looks fine, possibly cut majester for another timestar magician since its an instant search.

Also Oafdragon is decent as it allows you to get cards back from extra to hand. Maybe remove upstart for that and something else. Deck searches a lot and pluses so upstart is not really needed.

Oafdragon being Level 6 is fine, though. You can Tuning Magician, go into any Level 7, then use the same Tuning Magician to go into Crystal Wing.
