Good test, but your bitrate can be MUCH higher. Here's a handy little guide on the settings to use
bitrate=23200 / length in seconds.
Resolution:
< 10 seconds: 720
10-15 : 540
16 -24 : 480
25 - 35 : 360
Adjust resolution for screen movement and if you care about perfect image quality.
