I think aggressive lists may favor her, but defensive lists will probably stick to conversion, the 1/2 body is worthless for a list that doesn't care about tempo.

Its only bad when they go first and nutdraw on the ramp/curve, otherwise I tend to steamroll them with aggro decks. A turn 1 quickblader can get in like 3-4 damage alone depending on what their curve is.

Slower midrange/tempo and burn decks are the ones that have the hardest time with dragon.

thats why I tried but hunter house will not work cause Tear trigger after you end turn. so the ghost gets summoned then vanish

Just quit the game now. By the time you get here you will have lost all will to play the game anywas.

End of turn effects are triggered by play order (left to right). Tears will probably kill the Ghost and add the +1/+1 before the Ghost disappears. Now, it might not work since Tears says "destroy" and Ghost can only be banished. This interaction is probably too weak to see serious play anyway.
