Just picked up this 2016 SHO performance pack. Looking to tune it soon because you can easily pick up 70hp with a canned tune, map sensor, and a thermostat on these things.

please be a joke. these cars are shit.

Oh God you fucked up big time OP

jokes on you then.

He should get a $3k Civic right?

>buys a 4000lb barge
>wants it to be "sporty"
just kys.

go see livernois motorsport. with them you can pick up more more like about 700hp.

No. there are way better cars for the money.

A Chevy SS will stomp it

So what other full size sedan with a twin turbo V6 and AWD can you get at the same price?

They're not as fast as you think they are. All of the pigfat bogs down the V8

Charger R/T AWD. Nobody wants V6 turbo shit

The Taurus weighs more

And it has a healthy dose of midrange torque to help it

Mid 13 second 1/4 mile for a 4300lb car is pretty decent. These run low 12s with less than $3k in aftermarket stuff

Was looking at them. Dont really want that much power in this thing as it's my daily. Also those numbers require a built motor and from reading the forums only a handful of people even have 600+. I'll be happy with around 500 which is actually fairly easy to get with a tune and catless pipes.

Kia Stinger

God no. My uncle works at that factory and is always going on about how utterly shit they are with their nonexistent quality control
And he's been a MOPAR guy all his life

>"full size"
>small backseat
>implying turbos are good
>implying awd is necessary

This was actually my last car. Mom borrowed it while I was on vacation and managed to hydrolock the engine. Thank god for insurance.

>caring about the back seat
It's all about leg room for yourself and a giant trunk in a non faggy form

Genesis G80 Sport

>same price range

Dumb gooks

then you should've gotten a big coupe. look at this pigfat piece of shit and that visibility.

Are you implying that a big coupe would somehow have better visibility?

And a LS has torque everywhere

...

How much does that cost?

You don't actually believe that do you? It's not a fucking diesel

autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=468427602

21,500 cpo

how the fuck did she do that?

...

>picture is a 2014 CL600
>links a 2007 CL550

A tuned SHO makes like 400 ft-lbs of torque

same body. same visibility.

autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=459038530

happy?

Had a fender mount intake and she drove it into a flooded street. Pic related. This was the day after and the water level lowered. Yes she's that bad of a driver.

>links another 2007
Why not link a 2014? Is it because you realised it's not the same price as a Taurus?

fucking 10/10
women not even once

RIP charger

That's shit

That's more torque than this

i didn't google the year. I just googled cl because i knew some were in the same price range. it doesn't matter though. The taurus is a shit car and ford phoned it in. It's not well engineered or well built. It's for poorfags that buy cars by the pound instead of buying something actually good.

It's shit compared to engines 20 years older than it

>80 more ft-lbs of torque
>better gas mileage
>Somehow still shit
Neck yourself

You can also buy an S65 AMG in the same price range, doesn't mean it's a good idea

Literally jalopshit tier thinking

>any of that
>meaning anything

knowyourparts.com/technical-resources/engine/common-issues-3-5l-ecoboost/

sure it is. buying something well built and fixing it when necessary is better than buying a piece of shit and throwing it away when it breaks.

These are all common maintenance. Did you even read the fucking article?
>The 3.5L has not had many issues with carbon build-up on the intake valves

user we know you can't afford to maintain a V12 Mercedes

they're not as unreliable as you think and if you do the work yourself it's a non-issue.

Yeah man, just take the bus while you wait for the parts to arrive

>Muh hypothetical tune beats your untuned engine

no faggot. if your car breaks down you rent a car while the other one is out of commission. same thing you'd do for a 3k civic or a taurus or a v12 benz.

>rental cars

Reportan

Can't wait for you to change the spark plugs or manifolds

>buying a crossover
might as well cut off your dick

You think changing spark plugs is hard?

>not enjoying the power of the focus st's motor in a more convenient design
>plus a better transmission and AWD

Does the SHO also have that dumb timing-chain driven integrated water pump as the N/A 3.7?

>lifted hatchback
>more convenient than a normal hatchback
nigga wat

and awd is a meme.

Oh I'm sorry, I totally forgot the focus has the same cargo capacity as the escape if you add the factory portal option

>AWD is a meme
Yeah maybe before torque vectoring was a thing.

Go show us on your sideways v6

Which a Taurus doesn't have

Nigga, follow a simple reply chain. I'm talking about the Escape here.

...

the escape doesn't either. braking a wheel is not torque vectoring.

Sorry, but your specific definition of what counts as torque vectoring doesn't override the status quo.

But it's neat that you have your own unique opinion.

yea buddy. guzzle that marketing cum.

>I said something stupid
>better say something even more stupid to cover it up

Then what is it called when you vector torque in a way user says isn't torque vectoring, but still vectors torque where it is needed. But using the brakes instead of some snowflake differential. Torque vectoring control?

That's not a Taurus dumbass

...

There can't be only two Ecoboosters on Veeky Forums

Where are the FiST and FoST owners at?

"brake vectoring" aka marketing bullshit

So basically you came up with nothing after 10 minutes of googling?

C-
Apply yourself

Oh nice. It only requires removing the top half of the engine and a $1000 camera. And that's not even a turbo model. Great purchase.

A plastic intake manifold I'd now considered the top half of an engine?
And do you really think you need a $1000 (it's actually $40) camera to change spark plugs?

I knew Veeky Forums was filled with morons that know nothing about cars but this is some next level shit

I'm not a dumbass and buy engines mounted wrong.

But you are a dumbass who can't figure out basic grammar.

Wow u shur showd me
