get 1 mill and get the cheapest office
grind some more missions until you get enough for the cheapest vehicle warehouse
source 10 low and mid end cars and 12 high end, and only sell high end, because then whenever you source you only get high end
do headhunter inbetween each sale/source
get money for the buzzard helicopter, this will help you grind some more
ALTERNATIVELY find a hacker and get some money or get a mod menu and do it yourself
