I love it because 90% of the hots playerbase is too stupid to realize it's a PVE map, not a PVP map, and tends to be an easy win if your team isn't as retarded.

I push lanes with a partner or more, help in teamfights, clear camps whenever I can, and don't splitpush unless my 4 other teammates can comfortably occupy their entire team

Xul needs a rework or a boost in his number there is no reason to play him when you can pick a better pusher who's damage doesn't fall off. Not even his root is worth it. You can clear waves all you want but the majority of the time they will die before they do any real damage to the enemy forts. It doesn't help he can't tank any damage despite being a slow ass melee hero with a shitty shield.

I love Samuro so fucking much but when I want to play him in HL I am unable to since I always have to fill the tank/support spot.

What's the best way to teach my friend who mostly plays Overwatch this game? We play some qm together but they're always hopelessly confused and constantly die to things they don't understand

Xul has some of the best waveclear in the game, on maps like tomb of the spider queen you're supposed to be clearing two waves while your team 4 man knocks down a fort

Great wave clear poor pushing power that takes several levels into to make it somewhat worthwhile. I don't see why would I pick him over other specialist who do his job just as well and push without taking a year. He has way too many weaknesses for something most others can on be on par with.

Have them play the tutorials first.

Make sure its the advance tutorial.

Is he shit? Is he great? I got him in a lootbox a few days ago and haven't won a single match with him against human opponents, whereas he's occasionally stomped me when I've faced him on the other team.

take the dps talents (even as solo support, fuck the meta you can still heal fine unless you're playing at master+) and play like a zeratul with more blinks

he comes online at 16 and can delete squishies in about 2-3 seconds if they don't peel

Go insight and just pick talents that improves deadly reach while getting echo of heaven. So long as you are hitting something you are constantly shitting out heals while ripping the enemy a new one. I won plenty of games this way while being top heals/damage.

Xul is way underrated, pham.

You waveclear until your balls go numb, show up to teamfights, shit out your fart nova that will make even Malthael a little jealous, bone prison their Genji and laugh as your team melts him while he sits helplessly, maybe cast a scythe or two if you can be bothered, then back to PvE.

Clear all game barely push anything because the enemy can sneeze on your wave and push in more. You try to fart nova but enemy fucks your ass to keep you from letting a big one out which puts it on cd. Lets ignore the fact you wasted a root on Genji who can still dash way even with rooted. I don't understand why you would go out of your way to do this much despite it yielding you nothing?

Is it just me or is Malthael's last rites a really bad ult?

Whenever I've tried picking it I feel useless. Whereas his other ult is bladestorm on steroids.

Yeah, it's pretty trash. Only okay with a bunch of quest stacks, but that's not really feasible.

How do we fix them?

Other way around for me. I can easily pick off the enemy tanks or any major player and delete them while finishing the quest fairly fast. I don't see how you could fuck up the ult when all you do is pop it when they are low?

What's wrong? They do their gimmick, there's just normally better picks.

It's also a lose/lose because if you make them better they will fly into op.
It's a very fine line for them between underpowered and gods of the match. I mean they can soak all three lanes if needed and count as 3 people for Hanam payloads. You make them better and it falls into nightmare territory of 8v5
