In slightly less than one hour I got 713K worth of logs. Only woodcutting boosting equipment I had was my crystal hatchet with the Honed 4 perk.
I was kind of hoping for a bit more gp/h but considering how afk it is it's probably relatively good. I want to try incandescent and cursed energies next but I'm not sure if they're AFK-y enough and the possibility of getting pked at cursed energies is also a bit deterring.

Beaver gives an invisible boost yeah, but I never bothered summoning one. I could also use the ring from Sliske's Endgame as it gives an invisible gathering boost and a dose of juju woodcutting potion would probably also be beneficial. I can't afford any wc auras and even if I could I'm not sure I wanted to spend loyalty points on that

Perfect juju woodcutting potions have a 5% chance of doubling logs and cost less than 20k/hour, so they're worth it. The invisible +2 that beavers grant apparently increase gathering rate by ~3.5%, last 27 minutes, and cost under 3k.

Reasonable teams won't require it for raids, rago or rots. Kk is irrelevant so Idk what people require for it. So besides Nex (and maybe AoD?) what do the "overwhelming majority" say you need max for?

Penance is much better than reverence. I can stay the entire duration without any prayer pots with penance.
The dps is pretty much equal to ascensions because of needle strike, for 10x the cost.
In solo content where you can't have teammates apply puncture stacks for you, the utility of the extra range is generally more useful than the ~3% dps boost of sgb.
