if your Delta S4 isnt putting out AT LEAST 400hp you're doing it wrong. that engine is capable of 1000hp at 50psi of boost, its not designed to sit at idle in traffic.

This, Homologation cars pretty much always put out less power than the race-spec ones. Like how the R32 GT-R made 276 hp from the dealership (and most say 320 with boost restrictor removed) but the Group A cars made 500-650 hp.
I'm not seeing the problem with any of those things.
