Best way to make a 4cyl sound like a V8?

Of all the four cylinders I've heard, all sounded like shit but one. It was a Toyota truck with a lumpy aftermarket cam. Anything that idles like that is badass, it was some dudes mud truck.

Like i said, it’s got transmission issues.

Fiat as much trash as it has a nice sounding 4cyl in Abarth 500, and Fiata.

Also theres a few crossplane i4's in motocycles that are nice too.

So buy another one, for the cost of fixing the trans you can get another p71

I know, i don’t want another P71 one though, i want this one. All in all it’s not that bad, i bought it knowing that i needs work. It’s only like $300 in parts to rebuild it and if that doesn’t work i can just do a tranny swap.

just chop off the stock muffler off weld on a ebay special and buy some headers

yeah they can easily sound like shit

They can, with too much high pitch noise they sound more like annoying white noise instead of having a nice low burble.

Turbo it and run it with only a downpipe.

Quite easily, choke the hell out of it.
