Market APIs were a mistake. There's no point in doing market research when some nerd can just run a script that tells him exactly what to do.

EVE is full of autists who think that volume is more important than margins and who will drive down all profits just because they can. Once they've ruined a market they move on to the next system.

The only way to fuck with them is to have more order slots, I've got 9 Tycoon characters and make a comfy 12b per week with only updating orders once per week. Sometimes I won't make any sales for a week or two but that's ok because some other alt will make up for the lost sales.

What can two people do that's fun? We both have 60 mil+ sp.

it's more that if you've both been playing long enough to accumulate 60m SP and never developed the initiative necessary to work out what to do with your time, or what you enjoy doing, there's no point telling you as you're not smart enough to work out how to do it

I've worked out solo stuff to do, I've started multibox mining schemes, done trading etc. I've just never really done any sort of PvP or anything that might benefit from two people with decent combat skills. I don't think we can "hold" a wormhole and the cost/risk of putting up citadels seems significantly higher than a cheap pos was before so I'm not sure sitting in a small wormhole is a viable/fun venture for the amount of risk involved since theres no way we'd be able to hold off invaders or anything. Suicide ganking miners seems retarded and not fun. I don't think my friend is interested in doing trading stuff with me, I'm not sure that doing it with someone else is better than just using an alt.

That's a lot higher than a small pos used to cost. You could also put up a pos in like 15 mins and have everything onlined in 30 mins. Compare that with 2 bil and 24 hours and scheduled defense etc.

Eve is great. Been in it for 5 years now and then tied everything. Theee are outlets for anything you want to do. Be safe in hi sec and mission/mine/ work the market and make trillions. Go lawless in a wormhole and pillage others bases and systems.
Want easy PVP? Join a public spectre fleet roam it's guaranteed PVP content with good commanders to guide you.
Bored of missions but need to buy game time with ingame money? Do hi sec incursions for some of the best money in the game and fun fleets with best fit/geared people.
So many ways for passive income.
Eve doesbt have to be a "second job" anymore.
And there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Eve streamers just got donations of over 25000$ To help disabled gamers play games.
