It makes sense that the vita is dying, because it really is dead, but to say that it's because of people switching to the switch is total nonsense, they don't have the same kind of fanbase at all.

The spritework & artstyle looks nice; the elemental system looks like something I would enjoy greatly as well, considering the variety. Keep in mind I haven't played it (I suck at fighting games), but people here must be still playing it for some reason.

I think part of it is that they really want to do Switch runs but Nintendo is what they are and don't allow people like them to do small runs. They've already had negotiations about doing those but those ended already. Their main partners for limited runs, small indies, are going there after all so it makes sense that they would want to follow.

Going through postgame is the most natural and enjoyable way, but if you're a little slut and really just want the trophy, it's doable in a few hours of straight grinding in the lowest level dungeon that you can efficiently oneshot in one move with the maximum number of potential enemies (with encounter rate grandup master sealbook).
Assuming each encounter has an average of 4 enemies, and each encounter takes 8 seconds to both run into and complete, it would take 5.55 hours straight to get 10,000 kills, or 11.1 hours for all 20,000

I love the composition and situation the fight is in.

Although, I have to say the spells in SSD are very flexible, and if I could plan out and freeze frame a specific composition there, it could potentially look amazing.

Probably either SSD or GER for me, even though it has less aragami than 2RB, the quality of life improvements and predator styles put it above GE2RB for me.

Oh wait I forgot that GE's online infrastructure is shit compared to every other. So winner is definitely SSD.

At least now I can possibly replace the US copy of the game with the may-or-may-not-exist EU physical copy that places like 365games and Base claim to stock (which is another expenditure from my part).

SSD's online face other challenges, such as the game not being able to assign you random NPC helpers if you are only 2 in a lobby.

It becomes sort of less lively if you cannot get minimum 3 players into an SSD room.
Also, since the Spell variety potential of the team is directly tied to how hamy players are there.

There are plenty of spells that work with just 2 guys. Only spell that's easier to use with 3 is that barrier that freezes time inside but that can be overcome by having one player set up 2 casts instead of 1.

Also that's still miles better than GE's shitty 2 step lobby that locks out anyone from joining after proceeding the 2nd step.

Back in the day I could do crazy things like going out without any attack spells, and just rely on support spells, because the other 3 players have all that stuff covered.
We even had glitches that broke the game and permanently petrified the archfiends due to all that experimenting..
