No I haven't touched the old account in a year and it was dormant until now. I didn't give anyone the code. I got that error when entering my bind code and password repeatedly I can still reproduce it at will by using another account I have and entering that code and password. If I say no to the question that pops (start a new game?) it bounces me back to the main screen to repeat this. If I say yes, it downloads a bunch of stuff but it doesn't actually give me my account.
