Also what's with almost all DBZ games have the majority of the combat done in the air but in the show the majority of the combat is done on the ground? The constant flying in DBZ games made them play the exact same game over and over.

I don't think it's an intentional thing, merely just that, any method of adding flight to a given game where it doesn't cost meter or whatever will naturally result in fights progresisng into the air due to getting knocked up into it, since there's more space to get knocked around/to occup in the air vs a single plane of horizontal space on the ground

I think Rashid is the perfect top tier:
- stuff that makes him good require skill and trainingboar so not every scrub picking him up can destroy you
- relatively low damage so you don't feel robbed
- can challenge (abare) his corner pressure to reverse the situation
- has to play neutral and aa you leaving room for mistakes

Now compare it to a worse character like Balrog/Laura who people complain about 24/7 because they're just robbery despite being objectively lower tiers while the average eventscrubs still underrate Rashid because gold/plat Rashids are garbage and lose.
