I assume you can only get the 4 drops from the initial free roll, but which servant do you aim for? Is it same as NA with Herc/Emiya or are there new better ones to aim for?

I already made an account on NA but I really don't want to miss out on the prisma event and I imagine that has a higher chance of getting a rerun on the japanese side than ever coming out in NA.

The regular gacha roster is much larger of course (plus you still have about a day to roll for Mama), the issue is that you won't be getting the free quartz since that was a promotion for the game's release.

You roll for mama Raikou while you still can because her event's still going on.
Herc and Emiya are also fine in JP version and Waver is top tier, which is why people want to roll him in the US version. Other top tier Servants are pretty much event limited, so aim for whoever you like

They are all pretty good so I hear. Herc and Emiya are really good 4 stars. Lancer and Caster are really good 3 stars. Unsure about Rider and true Assassin. Kojiro is 1 star but pretty good if you know how to use him.
