You need both GW Characters for earth endgame. You can choose which one to build first:
>Sarasa
Daily Hard Cheese(Pseudo Yoda), Wanpan Zero and a cute draph cake eater. She's basically the all muscle,little brain kit character.
>Okto
Ougi meter supplier, 200% bar = 2 Ougis, and a samurai draph. Utility character that can synergize with any earth character(Best with Eugen SSR or Eustace) while still able to hit like a truck.

You can't really go wrong on who to build first anyways.

She's not that useful apart from paralyze memes. Her damage output is lacking compared to other light characters. She's stuck in the backline until you get her 5*, which turns her core.
