Death's Breath is annoying but Eachtar is probably a worse problem. Shadow on T7+ is just "spam followers until something sticks then play eACHTAR lol I'm so high skill". Zombie Party also seems too strong as a good early/good late hybrid card.

Israfil requires an EP and is too slow
Lucifer requires durandal and still usually gets hard removaled every fucking time holy shit fucking kill yourselves
Healing angel does little to nothing about the board state and is increasingly irrelevant to the increasing threat costing you tempo in the process
Unica usually doesn't perform on curve and never functions after unless you bricked which you may not have if you didn't run fucking unica
Bahamut/grimnir are too slow
Alexander is too slow, often requires an EP, and even then trades poorly
Monika requires an EP and a decent curve and your opponent making poor plays to truly control the board. Too slow to take advantage of cannon in the situations it's needed.
Cyclone is basically 6/7pp by which the damage is already done
Humpty dumpty costs you your tempo and board state
