You probably got a corrupted file when downloading update. Probably a unstable connection when you downloaded it.

Try uninstalling and redownloading. Make sure to first link account to facebook so you can always relog into facebook to get account back. Just don't even use the facebook account.

I did some more research and saw that it kinda does. That was how I rerolled, but I didn't see how that would keep my account safe.
Turns out that the only way to protect your account is to set up a password that expires after 90 days that you can type in and get your account back, same as you would if you were transferring. JP doesn't HAVE anything to link your account to, you just have to reset the password before it expires.

The shitty mog at the start tells you to go try a different door if you fail. So this is what happened.

I go to middle, failed, sent back to the start.
I go right, failed sent back to the start.
Then I go left, failed fight shitty cactus.

The right door resets every time you get sent back to the start. I'm better off wasting my nrg grinding king mog for 6* mats. Only did it once for the lapis, never doing this trap bullshit ever again.

well it happened to me on my first try doing this new difficulty in global.

Redownloaded the whole thing, took about an hour, got to Lakshimi again and once again, crash. I don't fricking know anymore.

-Fight a Metal Gigantaur
-Go into door: no fight and a item pool with two of those shitty semi-rare awakening material (Fury Seed, etc)
-Go into another door: fight another Metal Gigantaur
-Mission Ends

Succeeding is when you make it all the way to the end where you get either 3 star quartz or 3 cactus.
