You mean evil performance? Evil sound is the one you get at lv 70, right? It seems pretty shit though, DoT but way too slow compared to EP.

Take a look at this. Evil sound bypasses accuracy which means you can use it on any mob and it will still deal damage. It's based on your own stats so the damage can be as strong as your evil performance but faster. I was 100 and leveled up to 121 in an hour using only a superior exp potion.

I've always found it to be backwards when I saw RO private servers have drop rates lower than exp rates. When exp rates are higher than drop rates, you exacerbate the typical situation in MMOs where you outlevel the area you're in before you ever obtain good drops.
When the rates are reversed, you might get a few rares along the way, and it only enhances the grind upwards.
