I understand they thought finale was too meta, it's was anything but gamebreaking. To put more salt on wound, it sucks and you can only use fucking SOLO and FINALE 1-2 times.

They listen to people on reddit, the steam forums, facebook/twitter and their emails. They're almost certainly going to fix it anyways at some point in the future. They already said in the patch they were planning to change it after getting feedback and a LOT of people don't like this change.

Is this game easy? I enjoy difficult games but I'm watching this streamer Moon play and the game looks stupidly easy.

They should have made it's strength dependent on how many enemies there are on the field, with it being strongest (and thus most likely to kill) if there was only one enemy on the field.

I built the sanguine vintners and now the crimson curse is basically just a fun thing to work around because I can easily afford to take 12 vials of The Blood(tm) on every expedition. That shit shouldn't be hidden towards the middle of the construction list considering how it's practically necessary for a new save now.

While I've started a bunch of runs I never finished any of them; hearing all this shit about the DLC is making me turn off the CC until I beat the game once maybe on Radiant

all you have to do is save up for Sanguine Vintners before ever opening up the courtyard and you're basically set

If you enter the courtyard at the beginning and don't kick shit ton of cursed heroes you'd have the whole roster infected at ~30 week with no blood to supply them.

That building doesn't help when you need 5 blood per week only for afk heroes in the Hamlet.

I don't see the problem with cheesy tactics in games like this. Final Fantasy Tactics became broken as hell once you understood the mechanics and it was still a great game to play and replay.
