I am seeing a pattern here? Those two have been the last true angel-type digimons we have had. Excluding variations (Ophanimon Falldown Mode) or former angels (Cho-Hakkaimon).
I hope we get all the Seven Archangels as a kind of old guard of the ancient Digital World that disappeared long time ago and now are just a legend. Even in the manga, Bagramon's story was far way older than anyone seemed to remember.

That is, normally weird appearance requirements are how Ultimates become other Ultimates, Dukemon to Crimson Mode, Beelzebumon to Blast Mode and all that. But Beel Starmon just asks that you flash a Beelzebumon from your hand which is a far too nebulous to be considered an evolution.
