Different companies around if you live in a different country. Apparently Pacific Coast Imports is a decent one if you live in Canada.
Of course, you could go to Japan, look at the auctions, enlist and bid yourself, sort out all the dereg paperwork, shipping, and then importation procedures in your own country, but that's a bit of a hassle. I'd rather pay a fee and get that arranged for me.

I'm running 16s on mine also and they look JUST right but I did have to run spacers to get them closer to 20/25+ offset
